滯留上海一晚之感

返咗香港仲收到呢個sms, 今次係 lesson learned.
個電話號碼我打咗一個夜晚一個早晨,成五個幾鐘頭都冇機位比到我,咁仲Send比乘客做乜?
Test case: input special request form online and submit on 21st mid night , a regret sms will be received.
我滯留上海係冇sMs,冇email,冇任何通知。
仲要我去機場前再打通熱線電話問都係話冇後補冇機位,仲勸乘客等唔好去机場!
但实情係大把位,一去机場就走得。
呢個短訊係打風時網上填表求救,我返咗嚟香港先收到叫我打去一個唔比機位乘客嘅熱線。我對呢間航空公司服務態度非常失望!事實係任何channel都冇take action幫我攞位,總之就係耍d客囉!
