i guess the deliverable is all matter to the mgmt ... =) take credit for work that you have done well whenever you have the chance. -WittyBB

Now, I change my direction to sell the solution rather than the producct. In fact, there is a global applcation development team in the firm. If they acquire the solution and develop it. The end result is the same for me.

That programmer, I don't really care, the product is not necessarily produced by him!
