Don't avoide problem. That will only make it worse.
Learn to change the response and calm the mind. Start keeping a list of everything that maybe stimulus. e.g. Do certain colleagues make your blood boil? Ask myself "If my reaction appropriate or over the top?"
Eliminate the source of the problem may be the most effective solution in the long term. If I can't stand the colleagues, take my work to a conference room for part of the day.
