challenges

Looking at my work, I feel very bored. I need more challenges at work.

I don't like to go to work, wait for some people to make a complaint to our department, gather together to think about the problem, quick quick to make up a solution, quick quick to say this problem is solved.

Same cycle repeats and repeats, very boring.
