Expectation

I was told that my requirements at work are difficult to reach, expectation is high to complete.

I am not sure if the feedback is valid.

I request accurate and quality solution to meet the needs / requirements. It is just doing something to correctly address the issue/problem and fix it, nothing is cosmetic, nothing is fancy.

I am confused and frustrated.

I would think people are hesitate to commit what they can deliver because they don't what they can do. I don't know if this is true or not. The fact is, the solution is here but never be delivered exactly what has been discussed or designed.

If the deliverable is kept changing, the deliverable is not a solution.

In the production environment, people just "try and error", and try to find out what they can do. Fundamentally, they do not have sufficient skill to do their job, to evaluate what they can deliver at the solution discussion meeting.

The production environment becomes a live TESTING environment. Ridiculous.

DON"T WASTE MY TIME! Don't waste the company's money.

Personally speaking, this is a failure!
