Deadlock

I encountered a case.

A young guy always think he is not smart.
But he tries to do something to prove himself.

People give him advice to have a better solution.
He does not listen.
He thinks his solution will work because he wants to prove himself.
He finds an excuse or reason for his failed solution
He does not recall there was once someone gave him advice and guided him to solve the problem.
He keeps trying to fix another problem without listening the advice.

When he succeeds, he thinks he is smart.
When he fails, he finds excuses.

When people talking about his failure, and he cannot defend, he say he is not smart.

Camera protection

The DC was dropped on the floor when I took it out from my backpack. The cover was scratched.

The cover of the DC is changed so I have a "New" DC again. And then I have bought a box to protect it.

I am back again

I finished another trip again in late September.

After the ChengDu trip in China, I went to US Columbus for training in Sept.
Columbus Ohio is a nice place. Nice weather and nice people. The office in Columbus is like a shopping mall. I stayed in the campus for 5 days and I drank Starbuck coffee every day.

After the training in Columbus, I traveled to Chicago to enjoy a weekend with my little sister. She was in good mood. We did some sight-seeing and took some photos. Chicago is a place for Arts and Performance. Lots of theaters, but we did not watch any plays because the ticket is expensive.

We only spent 2 days in Chicago. Great! Great! Great!
My travel luck - nice and sunny weather all the way during the trip. Amazing! (it was raining in Columbus and Chicago before I arrived, then thunderstorm right after I got on the plane at the airport. )

It is because I need to arrive office at 8:30am. I need to wake up very early. But....compare to my little sister, I should not complain. She starts working at 6am.

Our friends in secondary school, many things may change in our lives. We have many different experiences in the past....in more than 10 years time.

如果是上司的話，你和很會誇獎人的牧羊犬型很合，因為你會因別人的誇獎而愈做愈好，因此如果是遇見這類上司的話，你應該不會介意讓他看見你軟弱的一面。另外，和開朗、阿莎力個性的日本絨毛犬下屬應該會很合得來，因為你一眼就知道他在想什麼，不用去猜想，所以很好溝通；若要選朋友的話，溫柔的馬爾濟斯是最棒的，平常都是笑咪咪的，但一遇見事情，卻會給你強力的支持和有效的建議。

不適合的類型
和你最不合的，便是頑固的柴犬，他雖然是個很認真的人，但卻也是個老頑固，這種個性最讓吉娃娃的你受不了，所以還是遠離一下吧。

新奇士sticker

在逛blog時看到有網友說買了兩個「新奇士4012」回家，覺得很甜，有人說「新奇士3108」更好吃。
看來對於香港人來說，還是不太明白這個sticker的意義呢！在北美地區生產的新鮮農作物，包括水果和蔬菜，都會貼上一個叫做PLUcode的貼紙，PLU即是Price-Look-Up，故名思義是給零售商看價錢用的，人客拿著這個水果去收銀員櫃檯付款時，輸入這個數字，就知到價錢、重量等資料。就橙來說，就已經有幾十種了。
以橙為例，一般香港可以買到的是4012和3108這兩種。3108其實是指MediumValencia，Medium是中等大小，一箱大概是72至88個左右，Valencia是有核的橙，適合做橙汁。4012是LargeNavel，Large是大橙，一箱大概不多於56個，Navel是無核的橙，適合去皮吃。至於那一個比較甜，還是要看你運氣啦。
此外，PLUcode還有另一個作用，如果這個數字是4個位數，則代表這個農作物是用傳統的種植方法。如果這個數字是5個位數，而且是「9」開頭的話，則是以有機耕種方式去種植。如果是5個位數，而是「8」開頭的話，則是經過基因改做的農作物呢！

Exam is....

I took a day off yesterday to FORCE myself to revise the course materials. I didn't waste the time and I was 95% confident that I understand the materials. Well, there is 5% remains uncertain because the tutor made quite a lot of mistakes in the class examples and coursework....


Anyway, the exam is finished, I can answer almost 90%... let have 20% buffer... I should able to get a "B" lar.

三件事

人之所以會煩惱，常常就是弄不清楚這三件事。
一件是「自己的事」諸如：上不上班、吃什麼東西、開不開心、結不結婚、要不要幫助人...自己能安排的皆屬之。
一件是「別人的事」諸如：小張好吃懶做、小陳婚姻不幸福、老陳對我很不滿意、我幫助別人，別人卻不感激.....別人在主導的事情皆屬之。
一件是「老天爺的事」諸如：會不會颳風、地震、戰爭、開悟、成道......人能力範圍以外的事情，都屬於老天爺的管轄範圍。

人的煩惱就是來自於：忘了自己的事、愛管別人的事、擔心老天爺的事


所以要輕鬆自在很簡單：打理好「自己的事」、不去管「別人的事」、不操心「老天爺的事」

這只是靜心在「哲學」上的詮釋，知道並不代表你能辦到。除非你能進入「靜心狀態」去「觀照」，你就會「如實」發現天底下真的只有這三件事：「自己的事」、「別人的事」、「老天爺的事」下次心情不好時，趕快問自己，那件事到底是「誰」的事！
